1. Who is responsible
This site (intranetportal.com.tr) is operated by COD Solutions Oy, registered in Helsinki, Finland (Business ID 3517083-5). For any question about your personal data: info@codsol.fi
2. What we collect
The demo request form is the only place on this marketing site that collects data. What you submit there:
- Your name and company name
- Work email address and, optionally, phone number
- The ERP you use and your employee count range (optional)
- Any free text you write in the form
- The language and page the request was sent from
The site uses no advertising or behavioural tracking cookies, and no third-party analytics script is embedded.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Your data is processed solely to respond to your demo request and answer your questions about the product. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing communications.
4. Sharing and retention
The form content is delivered to our company mailbox through the email service provider we use for transactional mail. Beyond that, your data is not shared with third parties, sold, or transferred for marketing purposes.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure; as a technical necessity, connection logs may be retained by the infrastructure provider. Request contents are deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period after the conversation closes.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, request correction or erasure, object to processing and request portability. To exercise any of these, write to info@codsol.fi; we respond within the period required by applicable law.
6. The portal product itself
This notice covers only this marketing site. For companies using the Intranet Portal product, the customer company is the controller of the employee data entered into its portal; COD Solutions acts as processor under the agreement and data processing terms between us. Hosting location, backups and retention periods are agreed in writing before setup.
7. Changes
When this notice is updated, the date above changes. For material changes we notify people we are actively in conversation with by email.
